Shop cameras and concrete floors...

Dropping the trusty old shop camera on the concrete floor turned out to be a not so good idea... :hammer:

but, in the spirit of true Mad Modding...

the trap door that held in the batteries did not survive the fall. Happily, had a  2-AA cell battery holder in the junk drawer:

some soldering (in the depths of the battery compartment,  :bang:) and some hot glue,
and there you go, good for another decade before I'll have to drop it again :lol:

Good fix Joe. Should do great for around the shop. Now that you have it scratched it will last another 10 years.  :lol: :lol:

You do realise you haven't been able to buy anything as low as 3 MP for some years now...  :D
