hi all this week end as bin rather biz first up is a D.T.I that john got sent him in all it was ok just needed my loving touch sos not many pics as the camera is on its way out so as on the hunt for a new on for the workshop any way ripped it a part all was in good order except the face as the pant had started to come off but it was all one the outer part of the face so removed all the loos pant then repented it as with most  of these that I get to fix sum one had it a part before me and did not do a good job they left out a spring washer that sits behind the face to keep the bezel tight once that was all sorted out I made a extension and the bezel locking clamp and contact tip right pics

lol if you think that's bad wile on with the snap gage the plunger shot out and I spent at lees a hawer looking for it only to find it had gone in to me coffee

Looks like you have done a good job on that DTI.
Never had bits land in my coffee but there's always a first time :-)

Someone needs to buy you a cup with a lid! That's all I use in the shop now after a few incidents of almost swallowing chips.
