Chainmaille jewelry
« on: June 05, 2016, 02:46:49 PM »
Hi guys,

So I have been playing around with doing some chainmail(le) projects. Learning how to close the jump rings etc... Wife is making out as she is getting some jewelry out of it.

1st attempt:

2nd attempt:

Ended up doing this weave... added some color

Now working on presents for my nieces.

Fun way to spend some time when not in the shop.

Eric

Science is fun.

We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

Well done Eric

It makes me go cross eyed just looking at it - no it doesn't, I've only got one eye

Great stuff!  That is very nice looking jewelry.

I used to do some chainmail when I was in the Society for Creative Anachronism.  Mine was mostly for armor though.
