Micrometer Catalogue
« on: October 10, 2016, 05:10:18 AM »
Hello All
I have two micrometer questions:
1)  I am seeking a catalogue or  directions to some sort of list that gives the  types and ages of Moore and Wright  micrometers.  I have for years  been gradually accumulating  micrometers Starrett  Shardlow  Brown and Sharpe and M and W. Over the years I have mended a few. I have  to concentrate on the British brands  for the time being,

2) I am also after some either dead or dying ones for spare parts or spare parts so that i can repair a few more.

some pointers on both of the above would be a great help.

very best wishes

Mike

Hi JD   thanks for that, they do have a few 'for parts' I was hoping that they may have been a bit less costly.
I have bought other stuff  from G and M in the past, they are not cheap.

Thanks very best wishes

Just a very heartfelt thanks to Bob Krv3000 who has sent me exactly what I have been searching for a M and W catalogue. It just goes to show what nice people there are on this web site.

Thanks Bob
