To get replacement components for jyetech kits, email jyetech@163.com with the details and then you receive an invoice for the item that can be paid via PayPal. There is a £5.00 shipping and handling charge per order.

I messed up a slide switch as used in their digital oscilloscopes and an email to jyetech@163.com brought a quick reply. Great service!
