I got this email from an auction site I subscribe to for window shopping purposes ,,and this machine was in amongst the lots in this weeks newsletter,,I thought this would be some nice eye candy for the Myford Lovers amongst us...it seems to have just about everything!!!

One with the lot springs to mind (Hamburger order). This really seems a great buy if you are in the market for one. Not that I have room for it plus shipping to OZ would likely be twice the purchase price.  :doh:

Argh, it's local to me as well!

Unfortunately I'm not local to myself right now!!! Mind you, I haven't got the cash OR the space, frankly.... Guess I'll just have to drool at it like everyone else.

Hi Andrew - I've no plans to move the Edgwick on, I've thoroughly enjoyed (and hope to continue enjoying) using that lathe... however, I wouldn't mind a smaller one as well... the Edgwick is great, but on small diameter stuff, the max speed of 670rpm becomes a bit limiting.

Hmm. Not that I ever seem to DO any small stuff....
