Cutting teeth on a rack
« on: September 20, 2010, 10:08:48 PM »
Given a minilathe and a minimill, how do I cut the teeth on a rack?  Simple circular spur gears, okey -- but a rack?

Thanks!

If you need a cutter for the job CTC tools has just got a range of cheap gear cutters in and his tools are always good quality.
