« on: November 12, 2010, 03:58:09 PM »
Hi folks!

Thought I'd pop in and say hi. I recognize a lot of names here from other places I visit.

Someone put the kettle on :D

Thanks for the welcome!

I hang about on HSM, lately HMEM (mostly reading there), and several motorcycle forums too. Being somewhat of a novice machinist I don't post a great deal on the engineering sites but I do learn a heck of a lot by reading & asking the odd question.

Hi Jason.

My brother has a blade and I find it very nice to ride. It's an early 'urban tiger' model but still a heap of fun. The last pic shows the power and torque output, just under 400hp on that chart at 1.2bar of boost, using pump fuel.

I haven't found the top speed of it yet, potentially it should be good for about 240mph, my current best is 215.7mph.
