PeterE's Fixall Corner
« on: June 24, 2011, 06:33:11 PM »
Hi,

I was asked to show a picture or two from my "Mini Workshop" or the "fixall" corner in the garage.

It is basically two benches in a corner about 60 cm (2ft) deep and together they are about 5 m (15 ft) long. The first leg includes the bench drill-press and the hand tool workspace:

The second leg harbours the C3 lathe and the Super X1L mill:

In addition to this I made a rolling cabinet of wood for the micro-lathe and its accessories, and on top a smallish toolmakers cabinet with a few drawers primarily for measuring and threading tools:

Not much but quite useful I think.

Thank you John, even though being a wood project it was quite fun to do it and provided me with good storage for the little lathe.
