Hi SAW,

Any particular reason to find the one in the image? If not you can make an emery stick ever so easy by yourself 

Take one of those smaller paint mixing pins, tear of a length of emery cloth twice as long as the stick, and simply staple it to the stick in the emery cloths "open" ends.

If you need any particular or special shape to the nose, just use an wooden stick a bit thicker and shape the nose to suit.

Have done that at a time I was trying out silver smithing. Works a treat!

I bought one  at the Harrogate Model engineering Show about 15 years ago it came with 6 belts and i bought 2 extra packs think it cost about £2.99 then seem to think it was from Proops, they seem to have a habit of selling little odds and ends that you didnt know you needed, and in some cases what they are for!!!! Its still in use and a handy little gadget.

Two pics of my pen sander. Just a piece of aluminum (square 8x8 mm), a bit of stainless steel (round, 5 mm dia) and a spring from the scrap bin.

Belts was made from sandpaper sheets, 4 mm width, glued with epoxy.

IMHO, this is one of the best tools for deburring and polishing small parts.
