I have this guys plans saved. Currently I have a house range that I use to bake my powder... just a standard 220v GE type of oven. I am going to tear it apart and build on like his as soon as my welding skills improve (well as soon as I get welding skills)

Yes. We powdercoated some of the parts on my wifes CB and a few pieces on my KZ.

Very cool indeed. What are you using for a gun? I have a very cheap one... the HF version. It does an OK job, but I am going to get the Eastwood to replace it.

I am familiar with the Caswell's site. Got a lot of good info and stuff there. I actually bought my gun off of ebay... same one that HF sells. A co worker got the cheap eastwood gun... it does a much better job than my HF gun. But since I am not doing any coating for retail... only small pieces it will do ok for awhile.

It looks good. I will admit I haven't been on a motorcycle in close to 30 years but it still looks good.
