Title: 2 new; 1 old
Post by: winklmj on August 23, 2010, 01:39:10 PM
A couple new projects that kept me busy for the past couple of weeks and one old one.

Slitting Saw Arbor: Picked up a couple of blades for cheap but needed an arbor. Took a 1-1/2" scrap-yard bolt and turned it into something useful. Sized to fit inside a 5/8" MT3 end-mill holder. Very pleased with how well the fit of the blade to arbor came out.

Ball Turner: Still needs a bit of work but functional as-is.

Adjustable grinder rests: I made these a while back but thought some might like for ideas. Work much better than the wimpy one's that came with the grinder. I need to re-make the tables out of steel. The aluminum ones get too scratched up and seem too "sticky".

That is some neat looking work, and nice looking ball turning tool. I just got my green wheel today for my carbide tools...Should look at making one of these jigs for my grinder soon. Thanks for sharing the pics
