I wonder if he ever used it?  He would have a terrible overhang on the knee with the chip guard on the lathe,  if he took that off he would be able to move the lathe back several inches.

Lathe doesn't look well supported either end, must be a lot of weight and stress on the mill table.

I thought it was an early April fool prank when I saw the photo. Not just beyond belief,but scary also....OZ.
