Rob Wilson?
« on: October 17, 2014, 10:30:05 AM »
Happy Friday fellows,

Over the years I've been an avid reader here but haven't been around as much as I'd like lately.  Sorry 'bout that!

I'd been keeping up with Rob's Chester 626 CNC conversion thread but this morning realized I haven't seen anything on it for a while.  A search brought up the fact that Rob's last post on it was around April 2013?  Then I noticed "Guest" under his name and can't see his pics?  Obviously I must've missed something along the way and sincerely hope he's OK?   Not trying to be nosy; just an admirer of his craftsmanship and concerned for his well-being.

Me too... I've enjoyed Rob's posts both for style and content.

Hope he's well.

He's a regular contributor at the Metalworking Fun Forum:

But he seems to have deserted us here for some reason  :(

I don't know why Rob left. As far as I know, nothing happened. He was just gone one day. I would love to have him back.

So many forums..... quite a few names I recognise on that one ;)

Think I'll stick with this one, I struggle to remember which forum to post in at the best of times, having 2x metalworking ones to play in would just be painful...
Cheers!
