In a recent thread VTsteam (Steve) recommended one of the Dave Gingery publications as a worthwhile buy. There were another couple of his books I needed to complete my collection so I ordered the lot on the evening of 19 Dec., Taff Time. They were delivered by Royal Mail this morning, the 27th.
Given the Christmas Holiday, a transatlantic flight and the crap weather in these remote hills, I rate that as a great effort. Santa also got a big nudge in the direction of Hemingway Kits who are an hours drive away in Bridgnorth .... thirty six hours later, the Hermes Postie was schlepping the whole issue up the track; beautifully packed and well documented.
Wonderful.
It's nice to give a gong to those who get it right and I take this opportunity of doing so. Any more medals for the good guys?
