Oh, my back hurts just watching them bounce around!  I'll take my cushy offroad 4x4 suspension any day. :P

I wouldn't have wanted to be the guy underneath the car when they were flipping it over.  Not really thinking ahead, was he?

It's getting so the potholes in Hertfordshire  are worse than that, particularly in St. Albans.

They edited the bit at the end where the occupants of the car all went  :palm: and a black card with white writing on it came onto the screen "We've forgotten the wrench they asked for, We'll have to go back and get it"!

Amazing, but I suppose if you are driving is an era when horse and carts still rule the road the vehicles have to be able to do the same journeys as the horse!

Now that virtually all roads are metaled we've become softer. Very few modern vehicles have the ground clearance to perform those antics.

On Saturday 7th March we'll be at it for real. The Vintage Sports Car Club will be running its Debyshire Trial. There will be about 100 prewar motor cars competing at various locations in Derbyshire. We get scrutineered between 8:00 and 9:00 in Ashover. If you know the area there will be sections in Butts Quarry just outside Ashover.
If you want to see what we get upto in our 80 year old cars look up VSCC Utube.
Some folk say we're mad :D

Much of that Dodge video is very reminiscent of Butts Quarry.
Sadly I won't be there this year ......

Might just do that Andrew - seen if there are any other Maho or CVA owners around!
I've been lurking sporadically for a while after Anzaniste suggested it was a homely place (mostly to see what you've beenup to with that monster CNC revitalisation. )
