Matters arising
« on: September 08, 2015, 03:47:49 AM »
I have to mention that my best silver solderer, stainless wire welder and manipulator died on 4th September after 14 years of increasing medical problems.

We'd done the ending of the English version of the Italian Job and teetered like the bus on the edge of the mountain--- and tumbled. Terribly battered on that winter's day, she survived when other people died.

So I am fortunate to have had 45 years of marriage and lots longer as a fellow conspirator before that.

Lucky me. Thank you for reading.

My regards to you all

Sorry to hear that.

It is the kind of thing we all dread. It's inevitability doesn't make it any easier.

Thank you All! I shall keep and cherish your kind words.

Maybe I'll learn to take a photo. Perhaps, I'll now get the time.

Meantime, I look forward to reading of problems and how you gave help  or got help here.

Keep up the good work

Norman

Sorry for your loss Norman.

As an aside Liz lost Tim Leech to cancer on Sunday night, I know you know each other.

Oh, no Tim and me go back a long way. Would you write a note for me, please? We are sort of distant relatives- I think. My Chris had a raft of cancers from ovarian cancer( she said she'd given them to the hospital cat)
We'll know more tomorrow.

Mick, I've written to John M with suggested borrow of stuff. You have a Clarkson, I could dig in the debris which was once a workshop so that you can copy bits from mine. Let the storm subside  but I need a secretary more than a workshop at present.

But thank you --aall reet?

Norman
