Yahoo mail
« on: October 13, 2015, 06:14:25 AM »
Can someone tell me how to get rid of the advertisement column on the right hand side of a Yahoo BT mail page.

It is obscuring an important part of a message that appears to be telling me that I have ordered something that I know I didn't.

Thanks
Dave.

Firefox with AdBlock Plus. Chrome will have similar offerings.

But ya... ditch Yahoo too.

I understand you can pay them about $19 and then you don't see the side ads.

Thanks for the replies.

I found out that the suspect mail was to inform me that an automatic renewal of a subscription had been activated.

Guess I had forgotten about that one.

So, no big deal after all.

I'll look into adblock.

Dave.
