Hello from the land of moss and mildew
« on: March 07, 2016, 06:01:04 PM »
Hello folks
I was directed here from another site, guess they were mostly CNC, I’m an olde retired (mostly tired) analog guy.
I built a primitive work shop years ago, installed a 13X40 gap bed lathe. Pretty much self taught through Lindsays technical books.
Anything mechanical interests me, form 1 & 2 cylinder motor cycles to steam.
The last two years I’ve been working on a rust bucket street rod, first, last and only car project, that gets to the drag strip now and again.
This winter came across slot car drag racing, which led to a Shureline mill, which led me here.
I just spent an hour and a half of my time I’ll never get back trying to resize a test picture on my MAC. Lets see if it works.
If not here’s a link to what I’m doing right now. Cutting a couple drive gears for a RC gas truck.

Oh well it appears the photos may not show up.
Trouble Shooting:
If you can't fix it with a hammer,
It's an electrical problem.
