Hiya!
« on: May 08, 2009, 12:22:19 AM »
Hi everyone

I found this rather awesome site after following some clues on one of Bogstandards Youtube videos.

I'm planning to hang around and learn as much as I can while I set up a little home shop based around the Sieg X2 and C2 machine.

No40,

I get blamed all the time for dragging people screaming and kicking to the site, but they all seem to settle in after they see what is on offer.

Just bide awhile, ask whatever you want, and post whatever you want (within reason). The chaps (and chappess), I am sure, will enjoy what you have to tell us, and will help you with whatever you need to know.

Hi Stew,

I'll post some pics when I have something to show (I still have to make enough room to fit in a little shop)

Welcome to the forum!

Hey Scott,

There is indeed much shiny goodness (I'll likely be working on machine mods and add-ons before I tackle an engine model)

A welcome from me too, this is a good place to learn some new tricks  :ddb:

Hey Jim,

Welcome to the Collective  :borg:

Glad to have you here. I have both of those machines myself. Pretty amazed with what you can do with them after you have them running right. Gonna have to start paying Bogs commission!

Eric

Jim,

I see that the welcoming committee has done it's usual fine job of welcoming you. The only one left is our dearly beloved Ralph. I'm sure he will chime in here soon.

So what more can I say than welcome to the collective. :borg:

Hi Jim    I once found myself on a forum due to Johns blatant welcoming tactics  ::)   :)

It's good here... Best on the interweb (IMAEBEOIS... Well thats MHO   :headbang: .... Work that acronym out then!  :smart:   )

Pictures of what you make will be required as said (well I like to see what others make so.... )  But it is also a fun thing to show us how you make up and develope your shop

No doubt I'll see your posts around and add something wildly   :offtopic:  But hey! That's part of the fun  :nrocks:

Hi there from another newbie

I too have the C2 and X2, they can be very capable machines, but they do need a little tuning to get the best out of them.

Welcome to the madness  :mmr:
