Afternoon Lads

I thought I would make a start fixing up my Arboga drill , its a tad worse for wear and needs some Wilson loving  :med:

She be missing a locking lever , the power-feed is shagged , feed gear box is cracked , wrong spindle speed selector lever , no on/off switch and OH its also a f*&k horrible colour  :bang:

So I stripped off the shagged parts today and decided to give her a quick rub down and paint  :dremel:

And a coat of primer .

I will give her a coat of nice Gray Enamel paint later in the week  :D

Think he means Red Robbo.

I thought the same John!

For those who don't remember him (or are too young). Derek "Red Robbo" Robinson instigated over 500 walkouts at British Leyland between 1978 and 1979! I guess he didn't do much painting.

My lathe and mill are in RAL 6018 green and I like it.

Phil.

Hi Rob, good to see you back in the shop, the Bridgeport looks canny from what can be seen, once it's had a coat of RAL 6011 green it will look even better
