Interesting but I do wish there was an explanation rather than background music. Not just this video but lots of them have no voice-over.  Myford Boy is one such but he is very good at subtitling his videos with the step being done.
       
         That said, I too thourouly dislike hearing my own voice on recordings so I would probably be a culprit as well. Hopefully though if ever I do a video I will follow Myford Boy's example.
