Nice truck!  468 miles since August? I don't think I could leave it parked like that!

Yes it was  hard to leave it alone a few times I wanted to take it out but didn't want to get it dirty and full of road salt.

Thanks John!
Yes it's a Cummings that is one of the reasons I went with the Ram. Manny years ago seems like a life time ago when my dad was still with us (he was a truck driver) and I was just starting out I thought I wanted to be diesel mechanic. I worked a couple years as a trainee. I worked on Cummings and CAT engines.
I remember going with my dad many times  and I think I had drove close to 1 million miles before I got a drivers license haha. Been in almost every state in the US at least once except for Hawaii. We did drive up to Alaska. That was one of my most memorable trips!
Enough rambling
Thanks for the comments guys I hope to get to meet some of you at the shows someday!

I agree, a delightful machine. But I have to ask (as no one else has), what was the idea behind the kitchen foil on the windscreen?

Nice sounding big diesel Doc

Only a couple of problems with the truck - They put the Steering Wheel on the wrong side and forgot to give you a gear lever

I was trying to keep the garage cat off he is afraid of crinkly tin foil didn't work very well though. The tarp curtain around it in the garage kept him out and away from the truck. That was the reason the blue tarp was hung around it to block his access.

What was that quote? Something like "a dog has a master but a cat has a servant"

Haha a rock well start planning, I planed for the last 5 years that I was going to get a new truck for a retirement gift to myself so I had started back then saving for it. If I would of waited for it I would have gotten a rock too oh and a balloon ;)
