edge finders
« on: October 13, 2009, 11:19:50 AM »
I have been looking at centre and edge finders and found these in chronos :

http://www.chronos.ltd.uk/cgi-local/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww.chronos.ltd.uk%2f&WD=finder%20edge&PN=Chronos_Catalogue_Centre___Edge_Finders___Touch_Point_Sensors___264.html%23a32230s02#a32230s02

Knowing less than nothing about these, I would welcome comments and advice please.

Thanks

Ian

If it works, take it apart and find out why!

I have an LED type and really find it easy to use. But some people dislike them, YMMV ....

That's helps eh ......
You will find it a distinct help… if you know and look as if you know what you are doing. (IRS training manual)

I did a bit of a post about them a little time ago, and a few people gave their comments about different types.
