Greetings from Florida
« on: December 21, 2010, 02:56:33 PM »
I am retired and find that I still get a lot of enjoyment being around machinery in it's many varied forms. I started off working in the production and packaging of drug products.  Then I moved onto starting a sawmill for the manufacture of log homes and my final big project was starting a stone quarry.  I have been rebuilding a South Bend Heavy 10 lathe, which has been very enjoyable.  I hope to continue my learning with the people on this forum, and contribute where possible.

Welcome to the collective :borg:

I lived in northern Florida for about 10 years or so. Would love to see your work on the SouthBend!
