Hello from DFW TX
« on: January 06, 2011, 04:49:30 PM »
I'm a auto parts guy in Fort Worth TX.
Semi-newbie, I have a shop building full of tools, originally to build and maintain race cars. now the machines have become the hobby.

Current setup:
Burke Millrite Powermatic mill (3/4-scale Bridgeport)
Enco 10x24 lathe
Minilathe
Minimill
Brake lathe
4x6 bandsaw
floor drill press.
Various saws, grinders, air tools etc.

Always looking for mods and projects for my machines.
Alas, time is short and the shop is 30 miles away, so I average about 3 hours per week out there
Planning to build a shop at the house and moving all the above.

Well come Ar1911.

Sounds like you have a shop full of tools and no time to use them.

wehn you get to moving those tools a thread on the move would be nice.
