To get a copy you can order it from a news agents Its Vol 208 No 4397 and its out from 11th - 24th Feb It's being serialised over three issues,

You can order back copies of any of the magazine through the web site.

Try W H Smiths, David. My local branch here in Sale usually has a few copies of both ME and MEW on the shelves each month.
