New shop, workbench looks 'good enough'!

...... even if I say so myself! :med:

Steel frame lag bolted to the wall, 2" MDF top with aluminium skin (its what I had on hand).  Four steel drawers underneath and a good sized cupboard.

You're gonna need a bigger vise if you plan on building some Elmer engines.  :thumbup:

Nice. I especially like the spacer under the vise. I'm gonna have to rig up one of those for mine :ddb:. (Probably standard practice though, right? :palm:)

I would have liked the spacer to be a big lump of iron but I just had to make do with a block of wood and not even particulary hard wood at that, pine.  Better than hunched over the hacksaw though.

For me it's more the surrounding clearance. I seem to have issues with that on mine.
