Reminds me of those revolutions where the military changes sides and the populace sticks flowers in the soldiers' rifle barrels, under the delusion that a military government will be better than what went before.

The flowers will soon wilt, though - any water will drain out via the touchhole.

Notice the composition of the arrangement, how the flowers gracefully flow into the vase. The meticulous precision of the position of each tiny flower petal.  See how the late afternoon hues play upon …….. mmmmm  !@#$ it!

My what a lovely vase. I love the unique base for it, even with a drain hole to ease changing of the water. Nice design.
