Nice, But I'd take that $40,000-1/2 a million and build my own garage. (And home and fully equipted shop with the 1/2 million.) Doubtful that any filthy machine tools would be allowed within that compound. I'm obviously at the wrong end of the monetary food chain. I'd bet that the monthy service fees are higher than most of us could afford.
