Motorcycle Cylinder Head Fixture Design
« on: September 27, 2011, 12:27:49 PM »
I wish to design a quick adjusting Cylinder Head Fixture to do my Suzuki 1150 Heads on My Bridgeport Mill. As far as the design its fairly basic yet the left hand and also right hand quick up and down design eludes my Feeble Mind . CP Motorworks has a neat design im sort off copying. I just cant figure the L H and R H up down adjuster out? Thanx Mike

I skimmed the head for one of my old cars y using the bolt down holes. These are normally milled square with each other.
Once in hole stop digging.
