MIT tech tv has some good instructional video

Glad you like the links. The first is very good, and the other is a bit dry at the start, but gets better further in.
I was googling machining sites and found them, and that is also how I found this site. :beer:

You can download the MIT videos and then view them at your leasure. Between 2a.m. and 7a.m. I have unlimited download bandwidth so downloaded all nine of the videos and have been perusing them at my leisure. They certainly worth keeping in you machinery library. :D
