Some time ago I needed some gears (indexing wheels) for my facet machine and had a bit of help with the layout and then spent some time filing a 40 tooth cog by hand with a 3 corner file. Once finished I thought b*gger that for fun
and started looking for a dividing head or RT. Too dear for the pension so found the Harold Hall workshop series book and thought I could do it. Scrounged the bits needed and had at it and here it is with a small mod ...does the job anyhow Just a few pics to show off, oops, display the finished product
