Oil powered foundry burner!

Saw this a few weeks ago... Contacted the lad to see if he wanted to come to the site, he has sent a messgae to say he'll come have a look but I decided to show you guys his videos.... I think it's pretty cool  :headbang:

You will have to watch a few of them to see the alterations to the final (?) burner.... Very interesting IMHO.

Only an Australian would pour molten aluminium wearing shorts.  :clap:

Look on the forum "alloyavenue" there are lots like this, many ideas.

I have a "nudge" burner, atomising oil burners like this will burn waste engine oil in a cold furnace with little/no smoke when well set up. And will reach cast iron temps with enough air and a suitable furnace.

I watched a video on utube about pouring brass and they had no saftey in mind.
