 Hi
Yes, I know I built this ages ago but I just got a video camera so here it is working.

I was going to try this one, but I was concerned with making all those little links.  Any problems making them for you?

Completed engine looks nice.  This one has always been one of my favorites.

Hi
I think I would have had some problems if I had made it the plan size but that looked a bit like watchmaking for me so I scaled it up one and a half times.

I drilled all the links on the mill using a cheap digital caliper attached to the slide so I got the same distance each time.

Hey Roy, are you still confused--or--just don't know (your signature here)?  The subject says "My beam engine build."  I got out my pen and paper to take notes.

Where is the build for this nice beam engine.  I would like to read it.

Thanks

Hi Ray

Sorry if I confused you, I first showed this engine to the forum when I joined and it was already finished.
My camera had gone tits up so I didn't get any pics of the build.

apologies again.

Roy.
