Here is another one of Dave's books is pre computer. The way self published books used to done. With a typewriter in case the younger ones are wondering about that letter font.

    * Starts off with the introduction and thoughts and dangers of melting metal
    * Then goes into the basic design
    * Building the furnace body, is broken down into each step or section of the construction
    * Building the furnace frame does the same
    * Building the burner, includes the electrical and conversion to propane
    * Crucibles and tongs
    * And finishes up with operating the furnace, covering the bare basics of zinc alloys, aluminum alloys copper alloys and Grey iron

Its another one to prepare for the melting of metals in a small shop.

 There are only 3 things I can't do!"
Raise the Dead!
        Walk on water!
                 Fix a broken heart!
and I'm working on the first two!
