New modder from Canada
« on: May 14, 2013, 05:56:30 PM »
Hi all.

I'm an RC enthusiast (I own a few buggies, the biggest being an 1:5 HPI Baja 5B, heavily modified).  I own a Smithy 1220LTD lathe/mill combo and I'm planning my future purchase, a Grizzly GO704 mill (BF-20 clone), that I'll convert to CNC.

I got a few questions regarding this (already started and heavily planned) project, I'll start a thread in the next few minutes.

Bye!

Hi Kraken!

Welcome to the Collective.  :borg:

Sounds like you'll fit in nicely. But, don't forget the pictures! We need to see what's happening!

Still drilling holes... Sometimes, in the right place!

Still modifying bits of metal... Occasionally, making an improvement!
