Shed floor
« on: June 17, 2014, 04:42:10 AM »
Can I use floor paint on a wooden floor? I think it's meant to be a hard wearing paint for hard floors like concrete. Anything else I could use instead? I'm putting some ply down to strengthen a shed floor and would like to seal it before the machines go back in.

Yes you can, from my own experience it will probably last longer on wood than concrete!

Thanks for that! Actually, thinking about it I did use some green floor paint on a bird table "floor" and that lasted a very long time in all sorts of weather.

I use it extensively on OSB that I over cover my concrete floors with. Lasts quite well.
