How to break bad news to correspondence?
« on: August 09, 2014, 05:58:15 AM »
My neighbour asked help. They speak/write no English and they would need me to draft them two different letters.

Their son just passed away and they are getting his correspondence forwarded to them. They would like to inform sender of the circumstances.

1) Letter for a natural person i.e. individual.

2) Letter for a more formal body, I think his past time was chess and he is getting invitations or such.

I never need this sort of communication in English and I appreciate any help.

Thank you,
Pekka
