Post by: ksor on May 18, 2018, 11:57:04 AM
How do I or should I even do a DIY service on such a compressor:

Anyone have some recommendations ?

Not worth servicing, chuck it out, I'll help you and take it off your hands to save you the trouble

Are you aware that manuals with maintenance details are downloadable from Duncan Rogers ?

As stated, oil, intake filter.
Ours has an oil filter too and little water separator which we drain and we always strip and clean the unloading valve as it isn't a solenoid and is triggered by air bleeding through tiny holes.

Thx for the links !

I think there is a way too long distance between us

I'll read the manual and see if I'm better off afterwards.
