Hi All,
I was at a friends house today and he showed me what I presume is a reprint of a 1908 Sears catalog
Naturally I went looking at the tools section, lots of facinaing stuff there
These items took my interest,
I presume that the "bell centering tool " is for finding the centre of the ends of round bar ? and that the centre punch slides in centre of the tool, ??
I have not seen that type of "wrench" pipe grip or whatever the "involute wrench" is meant to do before????
I think the tap and wire gauge pictured (or something similar) was the subject of a "what is it?" post here some time ago
Cheers
John

I have a bell punch, use full bit of kit! I'd just like to point out that it doesn't only work for round bar, but it works on square and hex !!
