Another bit of kit to make again this came from an old copy of the american machinist

Being operated with just one screw its less fiddly to use than a two screw toolmakers clamp.

I've attached my drawings if you want to make one

Looks a useful thing to have available. Neat metric drawing too. Is the loco being made with metric dimensions, (threads etc) or all American/imperial?

I’m using metric threads on the loco except where ME is stipulated and as my machinery is metric I convert to metric as I go as I’m nominally following drawings by Don Young.

Thanks for the info. That must be quite a headache for you, constantly converting the drawings, but you are doing a brilliant job.  :thumbup:
