Title: Howdy!

Stubled across the board while looking for things for the milling machine I am attempting to purchase. An old Kent vertical knee mill I think is a good price, got a bunch of projects I want to do, so long as the old bugger is still in decent shape. There's nothing to do here in the Nebraska winter, so I'm trying my hand at being a machinist.

I'm impressed at the knowledge and expertise at the members here, I hope to learn (and hopefully contribute) a lot in the coming years. Hope to see you around the boards!

The knowledge base is expanding with each and every new member. Some of us have been doing this for years so I'm sure you'll find an answer to almost any question you have.

Also as you look around notice we like lots of pictures of any project.
