I arranged for a meet up of Modders, at Harrogate show, a few years back.

He was first to arrive. Walked up to me, and said. "Hello David. I'm Jim Greethead, from Austraila. Very pleased to meet you".

I still have his calling card........

What a lovely man! What warm encouragement, I've had from him, during my orphan projects.

He will be missed. But leaves behind, a warm glow.

Sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Jim was very encouraging when I started here on MM, very welcoming to all newcomers, often the first to reply to the announcement. I thought he'd grown more quiet lately and wondered if there were health issues. Just a real loss here. Of a kind spirit. Rest in peace, Jim. And Thank you.
