My small (table top) lathe came without CamLock, so I try to make one.

It's almost finished ...
All dimensions on schematic are in millimeters.

Mike,
that's interesting and well made. I've been thinking about making one for my Compact 8, what make and model is your lathe?
Thanks for posting, regards, Matthew

Hi Matthew,
I guess it's a Chinese lathe, 108 cm long and some 200 kg of weight. Originally came with 100 mm chuck, but I made a larger plate and using now a 130 mm one. Also I've added (aluminium) sheet shield on back to limit chips flying around. A quick change tool post set was added. In the moment I'm in phase of installing DRO on.

I made one for my Sieg C3, one of the best mods ever I think.

That is a BV20 probably an 1L. 9x20 in Imperial ambitions... :D
Nice thing, more lathe than a C3 for example, but has some drawbacks according to some....

I love my little C3 much better than some of the other opposition.....
I was thinking BV20 too, but couldn't remember the model number......
Yup very similar to the 9*20......which I also have..... :D

Hi John
Nice job, I made one for my Chester DB8, they are such great improvement, and so user friendly.
Well Done Cheers David
