Hello, I'm working on my homework for an on line blueprint reading class and am stumped.  E-mailing the teacher takes too long and I want to get this done tonight.

I'm working on a chart for classes of fits and the chart says "Values Shown are in thousands of an inch"  but they are listed like this.  Clearance  .3  to 1.3    Does this mean .003 to .013?  Or .003 to .0013?    Or .0003 to .0013
