I have an interest in all sorts of work shop equipment and activities, but mainly car and bike related stuff. I have a Boxford 11-30 lathe and I have a question about making a 5mt - 3mt reducing bush fit into the headstock spindle for mounting centres etc, but I will start another thread for that one.

5 -> 3 mt bushes are widely available and not too expensive, I'd question if it's worth making one:

Just north of you neebs, just outside Perth. Depending whereabouts in the kingdom you are, you might be quite close. Spent a lot of time round Fife, playing rugby and working, think I got my first broken nose at the Howe! I hope yer no fae cupar!!!
