Nice mod to the vice ,good idea the use of the shaper to do the gripping surface on the jaws .

Nicely done. I don't speak Portuguese, but it was easy to follow once you started working. I think I heard you say Harbor Freight at least once...

             The moifications really need some text, I found the video difficult to follow.  A bit disapointing because machine improvements are always of
              interest.

Really impressive. I have an identical machine and will try some of the ideas. I especially  like the  support formed by the two lengths of angle.
