I'm a maker and modder, I have been since I was given my first soldering iron at age 10. A few years back (about 10 I think) I was building some crazy PC cases and decided I needed to build a CNC machine. I did, then another, and another, and have not stopped.
I was asked for plans on how to build them, so I started writing books. My company and web site "Kronos Robotics" is also the name (imprint) of my publishing company.
I currently have seven CNC books published. Some I sell on my web site, others online at Amazon or Powell's Books.
I am also into a little fabrication and have a couple plasma cutters one of which is on my smallest "KRMx02 CNC" build. This was done as research into building a plasma CNC book.
I like creating build projects for CNC owners. I post them on my website. Some as workflow examples, others as complete projects with drawing files.

Hello, and welcome I guess ?
Wow, you've brought advertising to a whole new level.

Welcome Msimpson, plenty of CNC ers here. :headbang:

@Mike
Honestly, I tried to keep it toned down, I did not join this site to advertise. I don't need to. The last 10 years or so has been devoted to building and writing about CNC machines that is what I do, so that is what I put in my introduction.
And please, passive aggressive comments like that in an introduction forum is a little off handed. Nice way to welcome someone to a forum.
I joined primarily to jump into the CNC forums.

hi and welcome

Welcome to the collective :borg:
Sounds like you have a good knowledge of CNC. A welcome edition here.
Care to share some of your cases etc? We all like looking at other peoples work.
As far as the initial comments... I really don't mind people advertising as long as they are active members of the forum :nrocks: Everything ends helping in one way or the other and that is what we are here for. Right?
Shake hands and be nice :D

hi and welcome
Sorry, no disrespect intended, but at four o'clock in the morning, I just saw your first post as a sophisticated way of advertising and promoting your products; nothing more, nothing less.
There's nothing aggressive about me, welcome to the forum.

Welcome!
Looking forward to seeing some of those projects in the CNC section (and elsewhere if you're subject to manual madness as well!
