The below announcement is what I received last week in the mail. It has to do with the continuing changes to the state boiler rules code. and the charging of the registration fee last year under the grandfathering in if you hold another license in this state.
This has to do with the educational course content of Boiler operators, and Stationary Engineers. And the adopting the 2009 International Mechanical Code. I haven't downloaded the info on the information yet because of family medical issues currently.
I have no idea if they are going to effect either the rolling and or modelers.
Quick glance at it Miniature hobby Locomotive boiler $15.00 I believe that is referring to one that hauls the general public.
